I am checking and changing things right now before I head out to FL in two weeks.

1. After 10K miles I seem to have wiped out another carrier bearing? Specific DS shop rebuild whole thing last time? Don't have press so I am sending that one out. Been chasing a vibration that cycles at 1 second in and out at 65. Hoping that is it.
2. Had to add about a qt to front and rear pumkin? No leaks anywhere on seals or input? Will have to keep an eye on it.
3. Transfer case oil is dark but full. If I have time I am going to change it.
4. 6 speed oil check? Is it the 17mm allen to check it? If so I can't budge that sucker.... And if so how does it hold 7-8 qts with that plug so low? What am I missing?

5. Going to grease front bearings through the ABS hole.
6. I have checked all pulleys and belt. I also have a spare going with me.
7. Has new WP in it recently.
8. 5th Wheel hitch is in (New to me). I pulled it apart and greased all the pins and locking mechs.
9. I actually vented the CCV extension that dumps into a bottle. Drilled holes in the top side of the bottle. Amazing, no more positive CCP......... Still feel stupid on that one, but previous owner set all that up.

I am sure I am forgetting something.......... Have spare fuel lines that like to break.

So I have hunted everywhere for a video of draining and filling the 6 speed. Cant find anything? I see there is a 17mm allen key but there is no way 8 qts will fit in there with it so low?

Any good links out there?

The bottom bolt on the pto cover is a drain. Once you drain it remove the covers and in the bottom of the trans. are 2 refrigerator magnets(at least mine did) clean them and check for any metal shavings.. I used red rtv to reseal the covers, then refill through the shifter tower (you will have to remove the shifter), Add one extra quart than what is called for.
