Cowl Patch Panel Adhesive

This is an email I received from 3M, the adhesive is referenced in TSB 23-63-94 and is used to bond the patch to the cowl:



Thank you for your inquiry regarding 3M Automotive Aftermarket Products.



3M P. R. O. Bond 30 Panel Adhesive Compound, also called PAC 30, (part#

08456) was discontinued in 1998. The recommended replacement product is 3M

Panel Bonding Adhesive (part# 08115). A MixPac Applicator Gun (part# 08117)

is required to dispense the Panel Bonding Adhesive.
