Ok just wondering if this is something that I need to have done or with my mods will I be OK running the stock one.

When it is all said and done (up and running) I will have 80hp injectors, edge juice w/att HOT ver. ,FASS fuel pump, S-3 turbo, and street cam both (scheid diesel) ported head, ats exhaust manifold and intake.

Will I be running my rail dry?

Also where do I get a rail pressure guage and then do I need a pop off valve?

Just some questions I have.

Thanks

depends. I myself never really had a seriously rail draining issue with my 90 HP injectors. However I have seen some trucks with far less HP that had pressure issues. It mostly depends on the wear of the pump. Best thing to do is monitor pressure and see what it is doing once you get it running

I honestly dont think the Juice has enough duration to dry lower the rail pressure - But with those injectors, I think you may on the high settings...

But then again like Lmills said, all trucks are different - I found out with my RP gauge that level 7 on the TST will not drain the rail (held 26500) - BUT level 8? That level drop it to 10k and it never recovered... .

Hook up a drb and you can watch it fall. A dyno graph will show a dip when the pump can't keep up. The stock injectors on the 04. 5s will flow more fuel than the stock cp3 can supply. After installing the stage I my dyno graph looks much smoother and the truck is more responcive.

the cp3 glacier offers 30% will it keep up with 100hp injectors and tst stacked with mp8

there is only one company that i know of that makes and sells the most of the cp3's with great results, thats Industrial injection Oo.

IMHO, I would buy a cp3 from Floor-It. Everything Industrial sells has gone thru the roof. But hey if you have tons of cash or your making a dime off of selling Industrials stuff I'd promote it too :-laf

Whatever floats your boat.

Some of the highest hp'd 3rd gens are running a Floor-It cp3... That isn't with the latest creation that John is working on. ;)

I ended up getting a Stage 2 from Industrial Injection, the price was the same thru both. The reason I went with the II is because I wanted to keep my stock one (pay core charge). John at Floor it Diesel needed my to mod.

Thanks for your help guys!
