CRACKED AIR INTAKE

Friends 2013 has a crack in his intake hose next to the turbo clamp. My price is $352 and online is $368. Parts guy says elbow is NOT sold separately. Any suggestions on a replacement elbow???

He was getting P8221 and reduced power. At least it was easy to diagnose!!!

Aftermarket sells the replacement elbow at $200 but they are Chicom so it would be a waste of $ IMHO.

Must be a lot of elbow failures if so many sell a replacement.

I think he just has to bite the bullet.
