It doesn't look like a lot of work to change this out except I am wondering if you can re-use the bolts and do they have a habit of ringing off when you remove them. Is this a typical thing for the 5. 9 engine? I have just under 100K miles.

That didn't occur to me but I don't have the equipment to even consider that and I'm not sure that sounds like a good idea. If you know of anyone who may want a cracked manifold let me know. Bear in mind that it will most likely be in two pieces when I get it off. It looks like it is cracked all the way around between cylinders 3 and 4.

The Manifold on my 93 was cracked and repaired by welding. If its completely separated, as a last resort, and depending on the condition? They can be welded.
Just to let you know. However, the easiest method is just buy a new one and bolt it on.
