Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well in July or August I had a rear fender crack where one of the holes is that holds the fender liners in place. Took it to my dealer, they looked at it and fixed it no questions asked. It had 32K on it then.
Rotating my tires today and noticed it is doing it again!!
It now has 37K on it. So the weld lasted less than 5K miles. 
I guess I will call them tomorrow and see what they say. I hope they will cooperate and admit the work was sub-par.
It doesn't look like they welded the inside of the fender only the outside. Well, by the time you grind it down you don't have any weld left. They can make the biggest, ugliest bead ever on the inside because who is going to see it, nobody!
This really sucks. I'll keep you posted as to whether they stand behind there work. :{
