recently had to replace the radiator due to a crack that ran from top to bottom on the drain (drivers side). Supplier indicated that he sees very few that fail but those that do it is the copper material at the junction between the metal and plastic part that seems weaken and results in a crack. Due to the kind and location of the crack it is not rapairable either. Bummer of it all is dealership wanted $650. 00 I went to outside supplier and found a new one for 399. 99 incl. tax. Anyone else in the DFW/Fort Worth area supplier is Kirby's radiator in Fort Worth.
