2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Cracked rear fender / fix?

The lower part of the rear fender cracked almost off (4x5" piece). I'm considering crazy glue - any other ideas?

Tried numerious times to fix my 96 training wheel flairs. Nothing seems to work. Tried all sorts of glues and epoxies, even a plastic welder but in the cold everything broke. Maybe someone else knows of something else.

I patched my dually by cleaning the plastic fender from the backside, then roughing it up. Cleaned it again and put a layer of bondo,pushed in a layer of aluminum mesh and another layer of bondo. About a quarter inch or so total. It's held up a couple of years now.
