Cracked tailpipe Jardine exhaust

Does anybody know if Jardine can still be reached on this number 1-800-934-3569? I heard a rattling noise from my exhaust. I crawled under the truck thinking it was a loose hanger, and noticed a jagged crack on the driveshaft side of the mandrel bent section over the rear axle. The crack is right on the side of the bend. The system is a little over a year and half old and has no rust. I've never seen an exhaust pipe crack like that. I have to find my receipt and give them a call. Any info on their number would be appreciated. Thanks, -Glen

Yeah, you and me both. I'm hoping for a new section of pipe, and at the very least a discount on a replacement. If not I will purchase a Walker 4" mandrel bent tailpipe or maybe try welding up the crack. Thanks again for verifying their number. -Glen

The answer they should give you is a free replacement. I talked to Jerry Jardine extensively before buying my exhaust and he said they have a lifetime warranty on their exhaust.

Can only say from personal experience, that Jerry Jardine will stand behind his product. He sent me 3 sets of headers for a gasser, plus paid to have the orginal headers and pipes put back on so I could drive the truck. Shipped the wrong set first time and sent the second time from Thorley (the manufacturer) not his taht time. Got it right the third time. Truck still has the headers and no leaks after 8 years. For my $. 02, he will stand behind his product.

The folks at Jardine are great to deal with. They will treat you right. I've bought and installed several of their kits on my truck and also for my customers. THey are the best value I have found. They do have a very good warranty on their products.

Jardine replacing cracked tailpipe

Called Jardine on Monday. They are sending me a new pipe no questions asked. They asked that I send them the old pipe when I get a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Another honest and reputable TDR vendor. Maybe I'm just cynical being from New York. -Glen
