cracked valve cover bolt gasket

i was cleaning my afe filter yesterday and noticed oil was coming out from under the plastic cover on top of the head. when i removed it there are rubber grommets on top of the bolts. the front left one was cracked in half and oil was coming out and getting all over. i'm going to try to get one from dodge. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem... james
