Lockjaw Auto-Adjusting Locking Pliers?

Small engine Onan/Cummins blues

My Dad bought a FarmHand at Tractor Supply over the winter. That thing is quiet. A whole lot quieter than his little old 5 (?) gallon horizontal movable Craftsman. The FarmHand is a three cylinder. Don't know what he paid, but it was on sale at the time. He loves it. You hardly notice it's running. Before, you couldn't talk on the phone with the old one running. If I were you, I'd run down to your neighborhood Tractor Supply, Rural King etc. and look there, too, before you buy.

That Craftsman compressor is a good model for the home shop. I own one and like it. It runs great on a 20 amp circuit. A 15A will work as long as the compressor is the only thing hooked up. Drain the water after each use and buy a 1/4 turn ball valve to replace the original drain. The original will get crap in it and leak air.

I went ahead and got the Craftsman, maybe I should get the service plan, I think it was $30 for two years? I used it to blow out the garage and air up some tires, proably won't use it for another two weeks, hopefully it will work for my limited use.

Thanks for all of the comments, the GREAT thing about TDR is the friendly people and the vast knowledge pool about many things other than Dodge/Cummins powerd trucks.
