Craftsman Torque Wrench Problem

if it's doing 3250 at 30psi, it's a bad girl for sure!!! wonder what it is? a RAD50 is only rated at 5000ftlbs.



if you ever need any of your torque equipment calibrated, gimme a shout. We're ISO/N. I. S. T tracable, etc.

To Sid325 -- just had the same problem with my Craftsman torque wrench, the ratchet would not lock up. Took the head apart. played with it awhile, ended up adjusting the spring so that the leg was at a 90 degrees to the rest of the spring, (it was slightly bent off 90 degrees). Works like a champ now. You may give it a try. Did a google search, repair kit is like $45. I'd buy a new wrench before I'd spend that.
