If clutch switch is incorrect it won't crank. sinc eit cranks it isn't that. As long as either the crank or cam sensor works the truck will usually start after a long crank. Crank sensor could be bad out of the box (yes that is a normal occurrence) or not plugged in correctly or something else disturbed. Back check your work on the crank sensor.
Was it starting before? If not try a quick shot of starting fluid after 15 seconds of cranking and see if will fire and run, you might have other issues interfering with start up. Also make sure batteries are top notch and starter is spinning fast enough.
