Has anyone changed a crank sensor. Does it need to be adjusted or set? Where is it? I was wanting to change it today because its the only day of the week I get to work on my stuff, so if anyone has any info it would be much appreciated.

No adjustment neccesary. It's on the drives side of the block, around cyl's 5\6. I think it's just a small torx or allen key needed to remove it.

CKP

Located on the intake side of the engine, down near the rear corner behind the starter motor near where the oil dip stick enters the pan, has one bolt holding it in place, it reads a tone wheel bolted to the crankshaft, no adjustment evident. bg
