I occasionally get fumes from the crankcase into the cab when I run with the heater and vents off, I was thinking about hooking up an open tube to the crankcase vent and plumb it into the exhaust pipe right where I go from the stock downpipe into the 4" pipe and use the venturi effect to draw the fumes into the exhaust stream, I have seen settups like this on race cars for evacuating the crankcase( I believe they acheive lower than atmospheric pressure to minnimize oil being suspended in the airstream around the crankshaft). Does anyone know whatsort of oneway valve I might install at the exhaust pipe so as not to pump exhaust the otherway when idling? I would not make a tight connection at the vent, I was thinking in terms of adding a tee and leaving one side open... anyone have any input? ( I like this appraoch better than trying plumb into the intake system and foul the turbo and intercooler... . )
