Crankshaft Sensor Mod

Is there only one brand to go with? If tghere is more than one brand which one do you perfer? I mean i have heard of people modifiying there stock one but I would rather just buy one thats already done so i can just slip it in there and be done. What kind of milage increases will i see with one? and last of all if i have the edge juice with attitude someone said it does timing already if so how much timing does it do..... Would i see more improvment with the juice or with just the replacement sensor????THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE HELP... . AT these fuel prices I am desperate to gain as much as i can... . I am sure quite a few people could agree with me on that one... . THANKS
