All Crew-Cabers! I am in the process of buying a '85 Crew Cab with sparse interior. No head liner or plastic trim around the doors and head liner. I will be converting a club cab to a crew cab in the near future and need the part numbers for the trim pieces that run along the top of the rear doors and the piece between the front and rear doors. I'm assuming that the other pieces will work from the club cab trim. These numbers are imprinted on the back of the trim. When anyone has them off could you please send the numbers! Chrysler is no help here as they have no info on the crew cab interiors. Any help here would be appreciated!
When I built the club cab it also did not have the head liner and trim, but it is all still available. For the headliner I used a foam backed material from an uppostery shop (available in many colors) and glued it up with 3M adhesive. Dyna-Mat was used everywhere inside and also inside of doors. Helped the noise a lot.

Let me get this straight. You are converting a club cab to a crew cab? Or are you putting a CTD in your crew cab and then dressing up the int of the crew cab with club cab headliner and such? If that is what you are doing then I would be interested in what you find out. I am new to the site but have been installing a 91 CTD into my 84 crew cab for the last several months. I would like to put a headliner and trim into my crew cab for the noise reduction. I have a 92 ext. cab that I drive everyday. I hve not looked at the headliner deal much as the rest of the conversion has taken all my time.

As far as I know, crew cabs always had a plain jane interior, so if you find factory parts for an upgrade, please let me know.

1985 DODGE 1 ton Crew Cab(imported from California with no rust) W/8' box converted to 4X4 in 1999. Converted to a non-intercooled 1991 Cummins Turbo diesel & 5 speed Getrag in 2000(wife can't drive a stick :). Freshly rebuilt and balanced Cummins. Rebuilt Injector pump and tweaked. 4:10 gears, limited slip rear end, 205 transfer case, 16" Goodyear GSA Wranglers and LE Package and a Sony CD Stereo. Next add-on some “Banks” toys ! Wish Dodge would build a new Crew Cab in 1 ton. Last year for the Crew Cab was 1985. If you want to know why I did all of this, 2 kids, one on the way and I can't stand Ford and Chevy. Fastmark, I'm putting a Crew-Cab on the Club-Cab frame just like when I put the Club-Cab on the straight cab frame. When building the first, noticable differances in frame thickness came to light. The little woman suggested making it a Crew-Cab to begin with! I hate it when she is right all the time!

I will contact Bayer Truck Conversions. Maybe they have an answer.
