Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) cruise control fuse

My friend has a 1998 and the cruise control quit working. In Issue 54 Joe G. said to check the vacuum lines below the driver's side battery. We did and found nothing wrong. His owners manual does not mention a fuse or relay and there is not one listed in the fuse holders. In my 95 service manual in the trouble shooting section it says check the fuse. Where is the fuse/relay on a 1998?

I tried to check the archives but due to my lack of computor skills I was unsucessful. Thanks, Tom/Idaho

I don't know about the 98 but fuse #10 is used in the 94. It is a 2 amp fuse.
