Cruise Control just quit!!

I R & R'd my steering shaft a couple days ago for greasing to get rid of my 'clunk'... . well, the clunk is as bad as ever, and now my cruise doesnt work!! The green light on the "ON/OFF" switch is lit, but the system wont engage. I looked around for an obvious loose wire or broken connection... but am not sure where it all hooks up under the hood. Any suggestions?

Check vacuum lines

The vacuum lines for the cruise are under the driver side battery. Sounds like you might have pulled one... Any lights for abs or brake system?

I did the same about a week ago. I bet your heater controls don't work either. Good luck.
