cruise control not working

Got in my 2016 2500 4X4 today and was going down the road like always pushed the cruise button and nothing happened. So when I returned home I checked the fuse and it was good. Just thought I would post this to see if someone else has had this and knows what to do. I am asking this before I take it to the dealer which will tie the truck up for at least a day. Thanks for any help/comments.

This happened to my 2012, it turned out to be the switch cluster. Dealer replaced under warranty.

Had the same thing, turned out to be just a flash, they had it fixed in less then an hour . No problems since.

Happened to me also on my 2015. I could get it to come on if I tried enough times. Dealer replaced the switch panel under warranty.
