cruise control will lock in ok

Problen will not stay in on smooth surface not bad

Hit a couple of pot holes, don't have to be big ones it will kick out.

Try putting your foot under the brake pedal and lifting up, holding the brake pedal tight over the bumps.

My truck has a weak pedal return spring. Big bumps will cause the brake pedal to bounce down, coming off the brake switch which disconnects the cruise.



I'd bet a nickle that's it.
