cruise control

Got a question on a 1997 dodge caravan 3. 0 liter, tryed to used cruise control yesterday. not working, not even the cruise control light comes on, I've check the fuses, could not find a fuse for cruise. two days before christmas i clean the battery posts,I don't thick this could have cause it. as for as i see everythings working. this van has 112,000 miles on it, never been to a shop. (very good) but not my 2001/2500 diesel. I still love that diesel, If anyone could help with cruise control problem,thanks guys,

Sounds like the cruise control switch might be toast.
