Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Cruise Control

I got a 95 cummins w/o cruise control. Has anyone ever put a factory system in one of these trucks. Looks like the plug is under the hood where the servo mounts. I know i would need a new clock ring, but am wondering if the rest of the wiring will be there in the cab and in the steering column?

the extra wiring for the CC buttons on the steering wheel isnt there. There is a plug for the unit under the driver side battery and a cap on the vacuum line that runs along the cowl you can tap into.
