CTD newbie mod questions

Well I too have jumped ship and am now driving a Dodge (95 PSD before), its an 04 2500 auto. I already put the exhaust on it now debating on what intake setup to get. Right now I am thinking if possible to get a replacement intake filter and make my own tubing? Also I am about to get into an edge hot juice with attitude, any downfalls with that or should I maybe go with a bully dog kind of thing outlook perhaps. I dont know.

Welcome to the forum, I noticed a throttle response improvement and a 9 H. P. increase just by going to a washable type filter over a clean stocker. A Bully Dog intake gave me the same results. I think the whole intake replacement really will come in handy if you add the mods you describe.

As for which box? I like the TST because I can grow with it and it doesn't boost fuel pressures beyond what Bosch likes to see. I've run it for 40K now without any broken injectors or anything else. Well... except for a toasted clutch

I really like my AFE Stage 2 intake, it sounds great with the MBRP muffler and test pipe, I can not comment on the other mods(too poor after the intial truck cost).

I too had the TST on my 05 for about 30k miles and no problems at all. Great box! I even kept it around after selling my 05 so I could put it on my 06.

I love my TST. Really helps make that power. no problems after 60K on one truck then 11K so far on the 06.
