I have suddemly lost all the audible warning chimes but the visual warning lights still work (for "low fuel", "lights on", "seat belt", "key in ignition", etc) . Could the CTM most likely be the culprit? If so where is it located, how easy is it to replace and what would be the approx cost for a new module at Dodge? Thanks for your help guys!

I am not sure, but I think there is a way to turn the audiable warnings on and off. I would call the dealer and see if there is indeed a key cycle that turns it on and off. Just so happens you might have accidently done some sequence of events that turned it off. IIRC, there is options in the DRBIII tool at the dealer that can turn off audiable warnings such as fuel level and such. Call the dealer, they should be pretty willing to help you out on something as simple as this.

I cant find it now, but there use to be a site that had all the special key cycles for different options, such as the horn beep when you lock the doors, and a few other things. Wish I could find it.

The CTM assembly is located under the knee panel and located just above the go pedal. It will have one or two wire harnesses plugged into it depending on your truck options and is very easy to replace. I want to see the last one I replaced ran about 60 bucks at the dealer.
