Cummins 24V Engine

Cummins 5. 9L 24V:
1)I have 2 questions. I would like to see the power and torque curves for this engine. Is there some place on the web that I can view this?
2) I just ran out my 36K mile warranty. The motor has a 100K mile warranty. I am noticing that has the infamous "Hiccup" that is becoming more frequent. I've heard it is the ECM that needs reprogramming. Would this be under the 100K mile warranty

Not sure if its waranty or not?? I think they will reflash regardless of miles since its a boo boo on their part, but am not sure about that.
