Cummins 6AT3.4, seen one?

Has anyone seen or heard of these in action?



I'd like to know how loud they are... . Since they run up to 3600, they'd be a perfect drop in for the Power Wagon. No need for an overdrive or anything.

Powerwagon, I looked up the site that Evan posted. The engine looked familiar to me. I work for United Parcel Service and we had package cars set up with these pieces of s#1t. they were origionally made by ONAN and bought by Cummins. They were used on light plants,I would use them as a boat anchor! They were the most guttless thing that I had ever driven for the company. they smoked like mad,blew head gaskets and were becoming obsolete after someone sold them to UPS mated to GM chassis. UPS finally pulled them out and retro fitted the trucks with a 4. 3 chevy. Chris
