Cummins 8.3 ISC engine

I was recently traveling with my brother in his RV which is powered by a 330hp Cummins 8. 3 ISC engine. He asked me what was the maximum boost I got with my 5. 9 Cummins. After I told him he said he was not getting more than 5 or 6 psi. That seemed low to me but I said I would try to find some first hand info from the TDR forums.



Are there any ISC owners out there who can give me some numbers to relay to my brother?
