question for people in the northeast

Well I can only say I hope it ain't true... but I stumbled across this website looking for none other than a local shop to buy a Fleetguard oil filter.

LIST of ANTI-GUN, COMPANIES & PEOPLE:

Check down the list under corporate supporters and you will find none other than Cummins . Ford shows up also but not sure it's the same though probably is. Now I am seriously considering getting a Chevy next time ... WOW.

Hope someone from Cummins can comment on this. Isn't Cummins based in Georgia? man of all the places to be known as an anti gun supporter.

Georgia is one of the most pro gun states there is. We are now allowed to carry guns almost everywhere except bars and government buildings.

So, you would consider a POS chevrolet from a company now known as "Government Motors", with a weak independent front 4x4 suspension and a Japanese built engine and a low-slung frame under the cab? Enjoy! Hope you can find a good repair shop and that the government does not dictate how, when where you can git it serviced (since they own majority stock in the failing company).

Damn!! did I start a mess. I don't think I'll ever get rid of my Dodge, also this bashing about "Government Motors" ya'll know Chrysler took some cash too.

Didn't mean to fire up the southern boys I am one, Cummins is Headquartered in Columbus, Indiana. I just thought it was odd that doing a search to find an oil filter that site popped up on the list.

You stated that you would buy a chevrolet next time, that one will be built by GOVERNMENT MOTORS unless you buy a used one. I already own my Dodge and love it, along with its Cummins engine. Yes, Chrysler did receive a "loan" when GM did, in "round 1 bailouts". In "round 2 bailouts", GM became "Government Motors" because it was mostly "bought" by the government. Chrysler's "round 2" was Fiat buying into it. I would much rather see another company "bail out" an automaker than MY tax dollars!
