cummins ecm upgrade

alright a good friend of mine is a diesel mechanic. He has a good friend who just quit cummins nw. This friend has the insite tool. Im curious if even though i have an auto will my ecm accept the uprate designed for the standard. I am way off warranty and am so distrustful of the local stealers that they will never see inside my ecm if I can help it. Ive had a low power bad mileage problem for sometime so I figure an ecm reprogram will help. tia

I believe it will work, there was a guy on here who bought the Torqus Maximus ECM and put it on his Auto truck. It worked fine. What I want is the RV program like TST was doing...

Yeah man i will see if he will do you guys too. first i want to see if the program will take. Im on the phone now trying to set it up. Maybe he will sell me the insite. No name kinda back alley deal then i will be the man with the master plan.
