Cummins in a 69-71 Dodge PU?

Has anyone installed a diesel in an older Dodge pickup? Will it even fit?

Any thing will fit as long as you plan it out right I am sure it's been done or better yet it would be Fun to do .

I think it fit if you used the one ton cab set up , they were mounted migher , the cabs for more room .



I would realy think hard about this one , the power steering in the 61 through 71 were not that great and the steering gear boxes are very light weight . The cab floor would need siffened up as well .



But if your game i got a 69 to 71 short wide box ill make you a screaming deal on pm me for details

It is tight in the engine compartment, but doable.
