Just wondering about the emission controls and procedures that the 2011 Ram will be saddled with. I've heard that the Urea Injection was going to happen, and that a multiple level of Urea Tank Level warning alarm scheme would be in place. "Tank getting low", "Tank low", "Tank almost empty", etc. , culminating in a "Tank empty, engine won't start after you shut it down". :0
I see that the D-max folks will use up to B20- will Cummins also be B20 compatible? Speaking of Bio diesel... SOMEBODY, (especially after getting that last low urea tank alarm) is going to think about BIO UREA... . Wonder if there's a spec??? :)

I don't think the 2011 Heavy Duty Ram trucks will have the Urea injection. However the 2011 Cab and Chassis Ram trucks will have the Urea Injection on them. I do not know any of the other particulars.

Cummins met 2010 emissions specs with their 2007. 5 model engine. You can discuss it with Stan Gozzi (Chrysler) or Scott Bentz (Cummins) at May Madness.
