Cummins Parts C.D. part 3

het all! This is Lane at Cummins Northwest, in Portland Oregon. I just got off the phone with John R. from the E comerce dept. at the factory. He told me that the online parts information that you are looking for is in the works. The bad news is that he told me it is a low priority right now. There are a couple of other options that I am chasing right now, like getting you guys limited access to Quickserve online, which is the source that we use here. It is just for Distributers and dealers, but I am trying to get them to make an exception for TDR members. this would give you access to a parts breakdown of your individual engine, by engine serial number. It would also give you service and parts bulletins for the same. I know this would cost money, a yearly subscription, but it could be paid by TDR and spead the cost for every member.

These are just some Ideas I am working on. I would love to know your thoughts. i just wanted you to know that we hear you here at Cummins, and are working on getting you something that will be a benificial to both the TDR members and Cummins.

Thank you for your efforts..... I hope they come true. I can't speak for other TDR members but, I feel that we are a loyal bunch of guys and when our babies need fixin' we want the right stuff. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, in this case anyway.
