Has anyone purchased the 24"x36" mudflaps from the cummins powerstore? If so, what did you install them on and how was the installation? Pictures? :)

I was thinking about getting some from them and installing them on my 2004 DRW.

Thanks,

Dave

Update

I went back to the cummins site and now think I did order the wrong ones. I think these are for the large trucks, like Semi's:(

The size was 24"x36". I think I really screwed up:eek:

Could these be made to work?

Thanks,

Dave

I got a set of 24 x 30 for mine. They were 4" too long, The table saw did a great job cutting them off. Look in my readers rigs for pic's.

I got the 24"x36" for my truck and love them. If I remember correctly I cut 2. 5" off the bottom and . 75" off each side of the flaps and mounted them. They go all the way to the inside of the fender well (not quite to the springs) and a little beyond the fender edge on the outside to cover the tires completely. They hang about 2" off the ground. The top edge of the C is right at the bottom of the fender. They definitely cover the duallies completely and look great in my opinion.

36'' will be to long, but can be shortened.

I have plain 24"x 24" flaps on mine with SS weights on them. Have them so they are flush with the fenders at the top so they stop all the mud and what not. I had to notch them around the springs, but you can't really see it unless you are under the truck.

Work great.
