I just recieved an on-line survey from QSOL (Quickserve) regarding our satisfaction with the site as a whole.
I gave it high marks EXCEPT for the fact that we can no longer access Parts Topics. I don't know about the rest of you guys but that strikes me as just plain nuts.
Wanye M. called me the other day needing help with a Cummins powered loader that needed a new shut down solenoid. The engine had a parts topic about that in the past and had been converted. Well, without the parts topic I could not identify what it currently had on it. It was then that I realized just how screwed I was without being able to view those old bulletins.
Has this happened to anyone else????
If so, please include it in the comment box of the survey. This needs to change in my opinion.
