Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Cummis cabplate

A couple of weeks ago I opened my mailbox and there was a package form Cummins in there.

Turns out it was the cab plate that you are supposed to receive when you fill out the survey on the Cummins website.

Did anyone else get theirs?
