Cup Holder

I really dislike the cup holder in my 96' but do like the 98' model holder. However, can't afford to trade trucks. Would like to know if cupholder out of a 98 would work in a 96'?

Check out Geno's Garage. They sell a cup holder (called the Cup Smoothy) that attaches to the center console. There are other holders in the thing for junk. I forget exactly what they look like since mine are overflowing with all kind of stuff. This cup holder beats both varieties of the stock ones. I used the hole the stock cup spiller was in for a switch panel.
