curious about reflashes...

I'm curious, it seems that most of the time reflashes are mentioned, they involve automatic trucks. Do manuals get reflashed very often?

I have a 2001 5 spd and had mine reflashed a few months back. I has the fast engine idle reflash done. It doesn't matter weather you are auto or manual for this reflash. The problem you are trying to avoid ( varnished and sticking valves) will affect both types of trannies.
