I don't have stacks but, as far as looks the miters are awsome, as far as functionality the curved ones (angled to the back of the truck not steer style) are probably the way to go to keep you from getting a soot shower when starting up after a good rain. Of course you could go straight cut with rain covers (yuk).
If I was going for the stack look on mine - definitly - miters.
well, I think miters on srw. turnouts on drw. Another thought, I like the smoke going straight up with the miters. I use coffea cans on rain days when parked outside. Keeps em nice n' dry inside. just my 2 cents...
Does anyone build a full sized aluminum toolbox that fits around the stacks?I mean cut out in corners so tool box will still sit in front of box. I am considering a set of stacks but having the box space and a tool box are a must for me. I would probably have a welding shop customize a box for me if nothing is available.
