Well Michael T,
I am sorry fo the improper grammar in the previous post. I was certainly underestimating your ability to correct grammar and spelling.
I will hope to put forth a better effort in my future posts on the TDR. As for my post and others like it, I have verbally attacked only those that are deserving. I am sorry, but you take some very sly swipes at Scott, his invention, and his willingnes to design, patent, package, and market to the members of the TDR.
My earlier posts on this site have pertained to some that have gotten well to heated towards others knowledge of deseil engines, there operations, and certain techniques to increase horsepower and performance. I was harsh towards them, because I feel that this should be a forum for those that are seeking advice from peers towards their pursuit of enjoying their truck to the fullest. Those posts are probably archived now, but it was some bickering between vendors that seemed to get pretty hot. I have not been that way towards most. I do apologize to the member named POWERWAGON. I probably got into his luchbox sooner than I should have. The other guy, some "CAT", nearly had a genetleman wanting to trade in his brand new truck because he had ordered it with an automatic transmission.
What you also have to remember is that their are many on the BB that are veryy savvy with regards towards mechanics and there are many who are not very savvy towards these trucks at all. Not to offend anyone at all with that statement, but there are some that are just learning about the great things that can be done to their trucks. Impressionable young Ram owners, that might see an ignorant post and form their opinions around it.
Hopefully I have explained myself enough. But you sir, are just too full of yourself. I am very happy that you are a degreed ME. You probably also do a great job building disc drive robots that are accustomed to space travel. But let me give you a little advice, don't let everyone know how smart you are, if you are truly that intelligent it will show in your behavior, not your personal descriptions.
Oh, and about book smart don't means street smart, that is a term I use for engineers. If they would get out of the office more, they would realize that there are a many things that are created using common sense engineering. Do you know what that is? I don't belive it is ever taught in a single class that you would take in school. Common-sense engineering is the process of creating and desinging anything and everything that just might work, and when it doesn't work just right, tinkering and playing with it until it does. Not something you would probably understand, but maybe you should read up on a man named "Diesel", that is how he created something, I not sure what though.
As for my nose have way up Scotts ass, he knows why I support him and he knows that I only pickup garbage for a living and put everything into my pickup, but he respects that.
