I wasn't going to post anything about my experience thus far with Goerend Transmission but found this is the type of thing that needs to be put out there for the guys like me that ride the fence when it comes to spending hard earned money on our Pride and Joy. I had e-mailed Goerend Brothers Transmission with some basic questions. A couple of days later I am feeling a little disappointed because I received no answer to me questions. No sooner did I feel this way when I get a telephone call from Dave Goerend. Didn't see that coming! I spent 36 minutes with this professional with a conversation that ranged from personal stuff to what exactly do I expect from my Ram. If my doctor appointments we're half as thorough I wouldn't be in the medical mess I am today! I got off the telephone with Dave feeling all of my questions were answered plus he gave me some things to think about and that to me shows this business cares and wants me to be fully satisfied with the finished product. I am convinced more than ever that I am on the correct course here and now it is simply a matter of saving the money. My hat is off to Dave Goerend for placing the customer above the bottom line.
