I brought my truck in for the notorious vibration today. Dealer called and said they pulled front driveshaft and it went away. He also stated that this vibration is normal and refused to look into it any further. I called dc and explained my problem and they said they would start a corporate file on it whatever that means. I threatened the lemon law and the dealer said they wouldnt have to buy it back because it isnt a problem. Boy did i start to get hot!I guess i could bring it to another dealer. Does anyone know of any other options i have or who else i can contact at dc to get some answers?:-{}

I would get that part in writing. If the truck vibrates with the front shaft in and doesn't vibrate with it out, how is that not a problem?

I would just document every thing you do with a call to chrysler service. Also try another dealer, but don't mention that another dealer has worked on it or tried to fix it. then they'll claim faulty workmanship on the first dealer and they'll refuse to look at it.
