i have a problem i can not figure out. i have recently installed a edge comp box. prior to the comp, i was running a diablo powerpuck. the truck ran great with the puck, but after installing the comp box it cuts out like it is starving for fuel. it will do it in any level, even if the box is turned off. installed fass 150 fuel system and still same problem. had dodge dealership check codes, and there were none. i called edge and they sent me a new box and harness, and still same problem. i then disconnected the wire going to the pump thinking i had a weak vp44, but it still acted up. removed the comp harness and box and runs normal. could this problem be a map sensor even if there is no codes and no check engine light. truck is a 2002 with little over 50,000 miles. please help

Did you run the ground wire to the air intake horn like the directions said? If so move it to the battery. I had a very similar problem that I chased for most of a year and it turned out to be the ground. Many other people have had the same problem.

when i called edge the first time they told me to move the ground to the neg terminal on the battery. i did it and it seemed not to help, so that is when i called back to edge and they sent me a new comp. then it still did it so i re did the connection on the pump wire, but no luck. at that point i did not know what else to do so i removed it and ordered a map sensor. have not had time to replace it yet, but when i do i will re do the ground like you said. thanks for the tip.
