Cutting a access panel

Has anyone modified the d/s sheet metal panel to make it easier access to the fuel pump/fuel filter area?
If so, could you please post some photos.

Thank you! I knew that I had seen a picture posted here of someone who had done this. My skills using the search function aren't that good. I have a 4wd so I know that my access panel would be different. I have heaps of questions on this mod.
Do you have a cover? If so, how is it fastened? Or do you just use the plastic wheel liner? If so, do you use a different fastener on the plastic wheel liner? Things to watch out for in making the cut, etc.
Any information on doing this would be greatly appreciated.

I removed the plastic liner. I followed the major wire bundle that is just inside the inner fender on the right hand side. You can see the black nub of the holder in the picture. What is shown in the picture is the clutch linkage. To cut the metal I used a small jig saw. I used 1/4 inch nylon rivets from Lowes to replace the factory fasteners that broke when I reinstalled the liner. They didn't all break. By looking at the inside you can easily see where to not cut.
