‘07 5.9 injector failure

Transmission Shudder 1st and reverse

Do you mind posting the results, The only components downstream of the CP3 are injectors, there's never been any ill effects to Injectors ( properly within spec's) by maxing the pressure, the max pressure the CP3 produces at max idle is 29,XXX Remember this MAX PSI is running NOT a spike, Now if you turned the truck off preforming this test without a NON-LV system it can spike to 50-60+K PSI.

I cannot read it its to small, Like I mentioned earlier its NOT Bosch certified, They are NOT allowed to own a wrench with Bosch Name on it. its their own Calibrations.
 
I did that, I also download as picture its just to small and becomes blurry. I resize it with paint same problem. Try PNG. or change the to large TH.
 
In the end, it seems running out without the fca plugged in damaged the rail pressure sensor. This was causing excessive noise, smoke, and rattle. Put new in and man, she runs nice! The smaller turbo housing helped with the cutting out and surging, but it is still there when i hammer on it. I dont need to hammer on it that hard so no worries there. Definitely tells me it's a fuel air issue.
 
I wanted to update this post for any others who might have the cut out and rattle. After my last post it still has issues i realized.

I finally bought the hptuners. Removed all limiters that would cause antly cutting out. All good now. I adjusted a lot of other factors and completely got rid of injector rattle as well.

Anyone contemplating a custom tuner, just do it!!
