While I'm not at home, I'm thinking about engine assembly when I do return. Had the engine machine work done and from the pictures recived IT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!
I need to get serious with a few tools if Im going to continue this hobby
While all the counterbores are the same depth, the cylinder sleeves (on this motor) have a protrusion that I would like to make ABSOLUTELY SURE are the same height from hole to hole. I call it sleeve staking where pressure is placed on top of the sleeve and measurements are taken in several places around the circumference of the sleeve to deck of the block.
Any suggestions on tools ?
