We had a conversation going last night on the radio and the question came up "how much pressure is going on in the cylender on our Diesels while running 30 lbs boost?"

Anybody got an idea?

On a diesel i can't tell you. I use to work at a shop that built Pro Mod motors. We had a special sparkplug that also read pressure.
On a 706 1800hp big block with 16:5 compression, pressure would hit 7000 psi

Piers and I ran a commpression ratio for our trucks at 45 psi boost we are running @ 59:1
