Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Cylinder #1 Oil Leak

I have what appears to be an oil leak between the exhaust manifold and the head at cylinder #1. I thought maybe the injector was slobbering and it was diesel fuel, I check cylinder temps with a heat gun and this cylinder is runnig about 50 deg less than the rest. I switched the injectors between cylinder #1 & #2 this did not change the temps. There does not appear to be any exstream crankcase pressure and the engine runs smooth and strong. any ideas would be appreciated

My '91 developed a small seepage in that same area - pretty common actually - I retorqued the head - paying special attention the #1 cylinder, and it stopped...
