Cylinder Head Torque

After replacing my head gasket it was recommended that I re-torque the head bolts. How do you do this when the shop manual says torque value plus 90 degrees. and does not say anything about re-torque. ?

You don't.

I torque them to about 120 ft lb in several steps, following the factory specified sequence for each step. I tried retorquing the first time I changed a head, and the torque stayed good on all the bolts. the Dodge manual does not mention retorquing.
