Cylinder heads?

Has anyone compared the CR 5. 9 heads and the 6. 7 heads? I've heard they're identical - curious if it's true. Thanks.

When they increased the displacement, did they bore it, stroke it or both? If they just increased the stroke, shouldn't be to much different I would think.

from what I have read the entire block has been retooled. the bore and stroke are slightly larger than our 5. 9's and the cylinders apparently are siamesed 1-2 3-4 5-6.



I see what you are getting at, however I doubt it will work.

no they are not, the injectors are different, fuel supply tubes are different, they are close, bu you cannot swap them, if i think that is what your getting at.
